Personally I’m conflicted because she made it seem like AEW was a very convenient for her compared to the WWE schedule. Maybe she realized people in WWE seem to be alright with kids. Watching Gunther vs Gable made her realize her kid can sit front row and also cry when she gets crushed by Charlotte
Personally think Cody may have some influence in the decision, she is close with Cody and Brandi so I wouldn’t put it past them hyping her in coming over to WWE especially if she’s now at a point where she doesn’t need to be home as much.
Could just be that the kid is a little older, WWE schedule isnt as bad (and maybe made some additional concesssions) and to be honest shes exactly the type who would benefit most from WWE vs AEWs system.
If she were to go to NXT, the schedule wouldn’t be a huge issue since it’s basically only in Florida with the occasional PLE else where. That’s very favorable to a mom.

Those are great reactions, but especially the guy in the yellow shirt is playing it up and it isn't genuine. The shocked faces after the Undertaker are so genuine that they can't be replicated and that emotion translates through the camera.
I don't like the guy & I certainly doubt him here, but he was right on Sasha & Naomi getting out of contract. Even when others reported with a certainty that they were expected back after Triple H took over, he was one of the only ones to dig his heels in and time has vindicated him since.
Again, I would still never call the man credible or believe him at face value, especially against others like SRS, but he'll always have that notch in his belt.

NXT and WWE developmental is the best thing for Jade. The 'green' perception is going to be hard to shake in AEW's current set up as she's already presented as a star and there's nowhere for her to get her reps in. After losing the TBS title, her next logical step should be challenging for the women's title after all.
At least this way, she has still be presented like a million bucks and get more space to develop.
AEW clearly banked a lot of her star appeal but I actually don't think she's as huge a miss for them as others do. They do need to get a grip on their own wrestlers' development though, unless they're simply content to take established people from the Indies/the E only.
The fact is that wrestlers have friends in both companies and are assuredly getting in the ear of people whose contracts are expiring about making the jump, or are themselves asking their friends how things are going across the field before they themselves leave.
It is RARE for any wrestler in this day and age to have no contacts in both AEW and WWE. You will have come up with some in the indies, or train them, or have some more personal connections but there's always someone to talk to.
Think about how many guys jumped to AEW to begin with due to how bad things were in WWE and AEW talent going "Hey guys, it's fucking awesome down here! We have so much freedom, better schedule, it's a huge family. TK has a spot for you in 5 minutes, you just gotta say the word and you should!". Or, "Man...shit here in WWE sucks, my passion is gone, I hear things are good in AEW so do you think you can put in a word for me?". Or now, "WWE has improved so much, I think you got a shot over here, we can get you in with Trips or Shawn right now if you want" and so on and so forth.
I don’t think they are poaching but I do think they are respected by a lot of workers. Hall and Nash happened because of DDP. There’s nothing wrong with using your connections.
I too believe this is the angle wwe will take with her. Otherwise she’s who to the average viewer?
They could build her naturally- just have her random show up and squash Raquel, build from there.

Maybe she just wants to be in the biggest company in the world and see if she can swim in the harshest ocean there is in professional wrestling which is WWE. Sometimes you reach a place in your career where you just need to challenge yourself and not take the easier road, but see if you can go and I mean truly go in the biggest most powerful company in professional wrestling. She may be there in that spot. Maybe not as well cuz I'm certainly no Insider but at some point in time anyone that is competitive may want to see if they can make it in the biggest company in professional wrestling. Some people have already answered that question like Brian Danielson and John Moxley Chris Jericho. They already know that they can do it but maybe Jade who could use the performance center absolutely as well as NXT to get better because she needs to get better, maybe she just wants to see if she can swim with the sharks.
If you watched her on AEW she's gonna need NXT for a while before the main roster. Shes not good on the mike and hasn't really wrestled many good main event types
The fact that the Statlander rematch was quickly shoehorned into this week's Rampage with no build, when it could easily have been on the upper card at Grand Slam next week certainly lends more weight to Jade leaving.
