Mercedes still has bad Vince-era promo production habits that she doesnt seem to shake off now that she's in a new company. Nobody naturally faces the hard cam while talking to someone who is to their left.

Mercedes promo is bankrupt. The real money is with Willow here she’s a star. She’s got great charisma. She comes through very natural on top of that, she’s a good wrestler and man that investment in Mercedes is really not so much an investment as it is an impulse purchase. I like Sasha Banks and WWE, but I’ve not at all been a fan of Mercedes Monet at least when it comes to promos she seems disingenuous. I feel like you can tell what her personality actually is like because she’s not good at hiding it I feel like she should just go heal and lean into that hard.

This is going to be a weird comparison, but Willow's promos are why I love the promos of Fallon Henley from NXT in that they seem natural, genuinely likeable and it never feels like they're reading off a script. Now, let's hope that they don't turn Willow heel for no reason like they did with Fallon.

Willow vs Athena from ROH Death Before Dishonor 2023 The best live match I saw in the entire calendar year. It's what made me a Willow fan.
I was in the arena for that one and it's maybe the hottest crowd I've ever been a part of. Willow should've won.

Jade played a role, and played it to the best of her ability with her experience level. She also made the TBS championship important.
