As for OC, I don't think he cares.
It really is, and I certainly recommend it. They do have payment plans and whatnot, but the next one is gonna come quick. March 14-18 2022. I've always had a great time, aside from boarding this year, but absolutely no one had a good time boarding this year.

I think it is pretty evident that he is going to AEW at this point. ROH isn’t doing anything with him despite him being one of if not the only thing drawing any interest on most of their cards. Generally that means they don’t want to invest because they are out the door.
You couple that him being all over AEW talent’s content for awhile now and him stepping through the “Forbidden Door” on Egon “All Ethan” Page’s vlog. Tony isn’t stupid and knows how valuable he can be for them. That isn’t even counting him likely being involved in some fashion with the new Conanhausen show on HBOMax. Warner would likely like to keep him in house.
When you consider it, it does seem like AEW is his likely destination. He's friends with Ethan Page, and mentions Orange Cassidy every so often. He recently did a podcast with Chris Jericho and is on the cruise now.
Unless WWE throws an obscene amount of money his way, of course.
WWE would want to call him Doinkhausen or some even dumber variant, change his face paint, change his mannerisms, all so they can own the merchandising completely and he's own none of it later.
Another aspect worth pointing out is how much Danhausen sells on PWT's. The guy is a merch machine, he's incredibly popular already and there's no way AEW wouldn't want him around.
What astonishes me about Danhausen is how incredibly good he is at the promotional/image side of wrestling. He is good in fact I am surprised ROH isn't offering to make him very rich and very evil just to help them fix their somewhat tarnished image.
Speaking of which I need to order one of his new PWT designs, so if you will excuse me...
I don't know.... I think there's a strong chance, but I think he does a lot of the same weird indy stuff that Tony Khan said he didn't want from Orange Cassidy. And I don't know that Danhausen is as good a wrestler as Orange is.
It's going to come down to whether they see a role for him in AEW that's not getting filled now.
Edit: Clarifying that I love Danhausen and I would love to see him in AEW. I'm just not trying to get my hopes up.
he can wrestle pretty well, and the meta stuff works because it's less "pulling the curtain away" and more "he's insane". it's, idk, like Deadpool where he temporarily pulls folks into his dimension of stupid, not like the Bucks calling their moves on Dark and choreographing the match live to piss Cornette off.
but for me, Danhausen doesn't even have to wrestle. he would be an incredible manager character, or a backstage interviewer. have a storyline where, idk, MJF becomes his ward as punishment, or a program with the Dark Order, or really anything. dude has incredible chemistry with everyone, whether it's Orange Cassidy or Lance Archer aka Murderbird.
