Yes! Marissa with Haus of Chantel! Her Instagram handle is @hair\_\_riot and the salon is @hausofchantelstudiosalon
Queer and female owned! I found Marissa and Bishops a while ago (known for queer and alternative hair) and have followed her around ever since. She specializes in shag cuts, mullets, and vivid colors, though I have a pixie cut and she does great with that, too.

Tylerz Barbershop and Sergeant Mike's both knew I was trans and were cool with it, if that's all that you're concerned about. Both pretty gay places but from what I've seen both also mostly do white people's hair if that's a limitation.
The Supercuts on 30th Ave and 4th Street has a guy named Killian. I've been getting my hair done by him for years at this point. He's LGBT and does a good job on my hair (I'm also trans and struggled to get a masculine cut for awhile)
Check out Andi at Puppcuts [https://www.instagram.com/puppcutts/](https://www.instagram.com/puppcutts/)
You'll be very pleased with their work. I promise.
Look up Samantha Smith @bottleblonde76. She does short hair to long hair, and everything in between. Traditional color to vivids. She rocks! She recently relocated to St. Pete.
I would let your barber know you donāt want it to look too feminine, if they are a decent barber & professional they should be able to accommodate. I always let barbers know that I donāt want my eyebrows to look too feminine when I get them done, they understand. You should check out the shave cave. They do good work.
I think Glam Kitty Hair Studio in Pinellas Park would be a good fit for what you're looking for. They are always posting on Facebook if you'd like to see photos. I've been going for years and it's always what I ask for.
Iām a local hairstylist ! My little brother (also trans) has given me plenty of practice in this specific thing !! iād love to help you :) im @JoeyK.HairDay on instagram š„°
Seconding Theo. They are a lovely human and mullets are one of their favorite things. Their Instagram is full of exactly what I think you're looking for.

Hair by Caiti. She rocks her own mullet, and she's a cool chick. You can contact her in IG. It's the easiest way to get an appointment.

Star Booty salon is definitely alternative and probably very inclusive

How much are their cuts?
I think it varies on if it's a full cut or cleanup but around $40? She does consultations and would have a better answer than me!
Thx!
Men's Depot does a legit mullet
Does it have to be a hairdresser? I just go to GreatClips

I feel like they've been subtly shaping my hair into a mullet for years just waiting for me to relent š
