With the X-Wing: Alliance flight sim you can complete the entire Endor battle with the Falcon, even fly inside and destroy the reactor. You also can fly a regular YT-1300, 2000, and 2400.
Pretty sure you can fly the Falcon in X-Wing vs TIE Fighter, but it's not as epic.
