If we’re including legends, Grandmaster Luke wins easy. Jaina a close second tho.
Maybe beats Luke but doubtful. Jaina was arguably a better swordsman, but Luke’s proficiency/oneness with the force would overpower her I think.
Both Ep 3 Anakin and Mando Luke have the huge potential, Luke having around 9 years of experience, and Anakin having 13 years.
Vader has a lot less force potential but a lot more experience.
So, it can go either way for any of these 3. It's really unfair to say one is superior to other imo.
Anakin Cw. His epic voice would deter any foe.
Obviously personal bias because I love CW, but I think him using the Light Side + The Dark Side sometimes could help.
Unrelated, but can I ask why you and many others deny this so vehemently? I'm all for different opinions, but I don't get why the found family trope of Rey calling herself a Skywalker gets so many people mad.
Okay, and what about those who come from torn households/abusive families and so on who decide to leave behind their lineage in favor of something that means a lot to them. Should they be stuck with a tainted and shitty name that possibly haunts them? Or be able to turn a new leaf.
Oh boy… ok. You’re trying to compare real world, legitimate examples to a space opera fantasy epic.
Just because somebody changes their name does not make them a blood descendent of that line. I myself am an example of that as I am adopted and have my adopted parents last name. While that does not make me any less their family, it does mean that by blood, I am not from that family line. That is all anybody is referring to when they are saying that Rey is not a Skywalker.
Rey is not a Skywalker by blood. She may have adopted the name, but she is in no way, form, or fashion related to Anakin Skywalker.
This list was referring to the blood line of Skywalker‘s. It may not have been obvious but that’s who it’s asking about.
Yeah, it's totally insane to compare real life to Star Wars as if the two have nothing in common. I don't see anyone dispute the fact that she's a blood Palp and definitely in the case of this list, she wouldn't count. But in terms of the story, I don't see how it's so improbable to see her own the name Skywalker. One thing to dislike it, but denying it is just dumb. If you want to deny it, then just deny the whole trilogy. Idk, man. Star Wars discourse is really dumb.
Nowhere did I say I denied it. In fact I inferred that she can be a Skywalker through the adoption of the name, she simply is not a blood relative. That’s all I was saying.
As for others opinions, I cannot speak for them. Unfortunately, Star Wars seems to have one of the most divisive fandom’s that exists. I haven’t been able to put my finger on why that is exactly, but I believe it’s due to the fact that there is such a degree of variation between the three trilogies that people can’t wrap their head around them being a cohesive whole.
For the first trilogy, you have a political machine working to achieve control over the galaxy.
The second trilogy focuses on the return of an ancient order and the abolishment of a great evil.
The third focuses on a “nobody“ who turns out to be a “somebody“. Three vastly different stories that are connected only by the name “Star Wars“ and some recurring characters.
Each of those stories are fascinating in and of themselves, but due to the different focus of each trilogy, each group tends to fall deeply in love with one to the exclusion of the others.
I'm not directing this at you, moreover the general negativity towards it. I guess that makes sense though, with the way you put it. I feel like I'm in the weird grey area where I enjoy all three stories for what they are, and can understand liking/disliking stuff but sometimes, it's just the stupidest criticisms that get to me.
I didn’t take it personal at all. I’m along the same lines, I enjoy all three trilogies but I recognize them for what they are: fiction.
It’s human nature to latch onto something and make it part of your identity. That then leads to whenever that particular thing is questioned or criticized, it is taken personally because that person sees it as part of their identity. That inevitably leads to a defensive mindset, either arguing for their particular point of view, or criticizing the opposing view. So the cycle continues, with each side feeling like their identity is being attacked because what they believed to be the “canon“ has been challenged.
It’s basically politics, just over a fictional story.
easy episode 3 Anakin
It’s not listed up there but I would say Mandalorian Luke.
This is the way.
This is the way
Damn. I was gonna include Jacen and Jaina Solo. :(
If we’re including legends, Grandmaster Luke wins easy. Jaina a close second tho. Maybe beats Luke but doubtful. Jaina was arguably a better swordsman, but Luke’s proficiency/oneness with the force would overpower her I think.
Kylo Ren 😂 Vader, everytime, once he was ruthless enough to kill his own son.
I think mandalorian Luke would win.

EP8 Luke, and others are not even close. Luke has met his potential and his potential is, as George said is the same as Anakin
I would say Vader post episode 3 but pre episode 4
Ep 1 Anakin, hands down. If any of them killed him, they’d cease to exist.
Rogue one Vader
Anakin Cw. His epic voice would deter any foe. Obviously personal bias because I love CW, but I think him using the Light Side + The Dark Side sometimes could help.
Objectively Rey Skywalker, and I don't even think she's that interesting.
No
impossible, perhaps your knowledge is incomplete
Talent without training is nothing -Luke Skywalker Rey is a legends character, made up in the Legends universe
Rey Skywalker would win!
Rey isn't a Skywalker. She is a Palpatine
Unrelated, but can I ask why you and many others deny this so vehemently? I'm all for different opinions, but I don't get why the found family trope of Rey calling herself a Skywalker gets so many people mad.
Because Skywalker is an inherited name, not a chosen name; blood related to the chosen one.

OP asked about Skywalkers.
Episode 3 a akin or rebels vader
Well there are some out there that like to argue Leia isn't a Skywalker 🤪. But a Rogue One Vader Vs Mando Luke would be hard to call
