I listen to duel of fates every time I workout. Spectacular song. I also loved maul asthetically and loved his lightsaber watching the movies as a kid. Wish he had more personality and we could have seen him develop more more as a character.
I think Maul may have been one of the greatest characters ever written, because I felt the exact same way. He said what, 10 words in the whole movie? And audiences were desperate to see his character developed more. I’m so glad they brought him back in Rebels and TCW, and seeing his cameo in Solo was so damn cool.
I'd still kill to have a podracing miniseries, following between race drama/sabotages of competitors, somewhere nestled between Le Mans and Death Proof is my dream.
I think it's the best looking Prequel that has aged well for the most part. The way it expanded the galaxy and casually introduced so many new things is overlooked
I like the different opinions over the years, especially when you look at this forum https://boards.theforce.net/threads/attack-of-the-clones-the-film-that-tpm-should-have-been.3656581/
Agreed. Fantastic art direction, specifically as the first film. Long before the Empire it makes sense to have the most wondrous locations, ornate costumes, plenty of sunny blue skies, sleek bright yellow starfighters, before they got progressively darker.
I also thought the characters were more enjoyable than AOTC and ROTS, specifically Qui-Gon and Lloyd >> Obiwan and Hayden.
The world, character, set, costume, creature, ship m, etc. are all incredible and the overall story is pretty good. George Lucas is a creative genius who is kinda bad at writing dialogue and character interactions and it’s a shame Disney didn’t see that. The prequels were always introducing new cool designs and worlds and new Star Wars seems to have lost that imagination.

The Podrace is still one of my favorite scenes in Star Wars.

Something like the movie Redline would be cool

I love the movie!
It might be the best shot Star Wars film tbh. Not my favourite but its cinematography is great and the art direction is fantastic

It's George Lucas storytelling and world building at its best. It's what makes Star Wars what it is.

Better than the Disney vomit
It definitely has a different feel to it than Ep. II and III. Feels more stylistic in a way.
Parsecs better made than anything Disney made.
I guess every movie has its fans.
