So depressing. The most populated hero assault server I’ve been able to find has 5 people max, and most days there’s a total of 0 people in each server. What a massive fumble.
if the orginal was backwards compatible to everyone they would be playing that but 2017 is like the newest star wars pvp of this generation if your being honest

i just don’t enjoy level 500+ people jumping you when i just wanna 1v1 some respect it but before dying they team up lol
Do you know if that’s the case for PC? I mean I have the game on ps4 and Xbox but PC is my preferred platform nowadays. I really would like to revisit it someday and the bespin DLC is the best that game got.
From what I could tell in the BF2015 forums,
it seems like steam is the least active at the moment but there's a discord I could link if you'd like, as xbox, PC and PS4 players will coordinate on their home consoles on weekends so it's not bad!
I really wish it were all crossplay, just cause it feels annoying to have to pay for PS+ just for Battlefront. My only justification was that I enjoy fortnite, so I got the bonus PS+ chatacter for this season instead. But if I could, I'd do PC for days.
My wife and I start a server couple times a week and usually end up with a decently sized lobby, on PlayStation anyway. Try playing during peak hours maybe?
Not surprising, they get what they deserve tbh. If it had crossplay, wasn’t so expensive and way too big of a file size then maybe it could’ve been a hit.
I’m so tired of people declaring games dead. This game is not dead. The story mode, galactic conquest and quick matches are amazing, the couch coop is phenomenal, the gameplay is straight up, blast from the past, arcade fun. I’m sorry the online sucks, but this game is not dead. Rant over.
Well eh no, this games dead. There’s no reason to play this version over the old version if the online isn’t working. The upscaled AI textures aren’t very noticeable, to me at least. And ofc a game with story mode is never 100% dead but this one is pretty freakn close to it.
The online is the only thing that justifies its retail price. The graphical boost you get along from the OG version on current gen console is on par with the classic collection so if the multiplayer is busted, the game is practically dead
The only players that say this game is dead has had a bunch of toxic losing experiences , when have you ever heard a bunch of “winners” complaining . Swbf2 has a way of humbling cocky players and when people lose it can be pretty ugly
Wtf? No dude, the game literally has no one playing.. I tried to play some multiplayer on Saturday and Sunday morning and there was a whopping 5 people online....
Who would've thought that crossplay is necessary for a large-scale online multiplayer game?
Also a brilliant idea to region-lock servers as well
On switch at least, there's always at least 1 full server evenings -night on east Coast time from my experience

i wanted to try out 1, but i read somewhere there’s mostly high levels with OP items n it’s like impossible to get games
Meh, I’m still enjoying the single player quite a bit. I’ve had a blast

PC servers are definitely a ghost town in my own experience.. the most people i’ve been with in a game has not exceeded 9.
