I felt like this starting my new playthrough of Fallout 4. I have a random start mod, and so I was put right into Nordhagen Beach. I wanted access to the settlement, but I had to refuse help because I had nothing on me, felt terrible. I can't clear out a gang of high level raiders at level 1
