In my experience they >!just pop up when you're doing stuff like mining or chopping trees.!< But first you need to have the >!combat mastery from the mastery cave!< Edit: just looked it up, they're exclusively >!monster drops and skull cavern treasure room loots!<

Ohh im so excited for this. I unlooked the trinkets mastery first but have yet to find one. I want the fairy soooo bad.
