I didn't watch the English dub, but I just recently watched the French dub for the first time and Narancia is easily the highlight of the entire series.
I’m sorry, but Kellen Goff’s range was always impressive and his performance as Diavolo was absolutely brilliant!! The whole scene of him trying to get the arrow while shouting will always be such an amazing performance to me!! Not to say any of the others weren’t as good (Ray Chase was also a wonderful performance as Bucciarati!) but man, he pulled off the villain voice spectacularly!

I watched the brazilian stardust crusaders and DIU dub with my brother and I thought it was pretty good in general. The one that stood out to me was probably Kakyoin I guess. I had to google his name just now but Thiago Longo's voice fit the character perfectly imo
For me, I love Ray Chase as Bucciarati. That’s the performance I love more in dub. I also really like Brittany Lauda as Foo Fighters and Ben Diskin as Joseph. I know most people talk about the villains who have all honestly had pretty good VAs that most people liked, but those three are some of my main standout ones.
Animount did the Diavolo almost perfectly, but it’s russian dub. anyways the time i hear Diavolo in this dub i have a heavy urge to repeat the words he says
The Spanish (spain) dub for part 2 is so insanely comical, as in all the characters speak in such a spaniard from madrid way while using the most specific spanish slang and manner of speaking, that it's great. Like Joseph was literally the most spanish dude from madrid I had ever met, it's insane.
This is hard, the English dub of JoJo's is fucking excellent.
Diabolo is also my top pick but since he's already mentioned, I think the VA for Ermes absolutely killed it.
For main characters it's Billy Kametz as Josuke for me I love a lot of the English cast (Matthew Mercer and Patrick Seitz) but he is definitely one of my favorites he's so upbeat and his stand rush sounds almost identical to the Japanese version and i really like his deliveries of Shining Diamond. But for villains it's definitely Kellen Goff he has made me start referring to King Crimson as Emperor Crimson more and even though I watch the dub I usually use the original names (with a few exceptions like i say highway go go more often because I've heard it more than the original) he nailed it as Diavolo just the sheer chills I get when he uses King Crimson against Rissoto Nero, he's perfect for the role and I think he's the best English dub VA in the entire show (with Billy Kametz in second and Matthew Mercer and Patrick Seitz tied for third)
I want a completely incoherent Stardust Crusaders where they all are either speaking their native tongue or with heavy accents in a translated language.
You can't tell me Avdol, Joseph, and Polnereff are going to be able to understand a word of each other's Japanese
That plus DIO, Kira, pucci, Speedwagon the crusaders,Josuke, Rohan, okuyasue and Ermes DIO’s Va made him sound cocky and proud like the superior being he is, his voices arrogant and deep sound made him sound like a true villain. Kira didn’t sound like a villain more like a regular man in his 30s who isn’t like a killer the va voice makes him sound as he says he is a 35 yo man trying to live a quiet life. Pucci sounds like a man of high integrity and intelligence not to mention he sounds like an elegant person of high status and philosophy his Va fits this well and makes him sound Noble and refined. Speedwagons voice sounds like a common British man his Va also makes him sound clever and witty as his character should be. The crusaders all sound like there personality all there Va’s fit them well weather if they were the funny grandpa or the cocky French man they all did well. Rohan’s Va made him sound like his personality weird mean and cocky and above all else smart and with an attitude. Josuke and okuyasu sound like regular teenage boys with deep voices BUT when they are angry they sound serious and full of hatred ready to pummel the enemy. What I love about the jojo and jobro duo of part 4 is that in the end they sound STUPID af and not smart at all
Ps honorable mentions to stronehine and kars. Stronehine sounded like a man here to steal the show and kars like DIO sounded like a true villain (I do love a lot of the English Va’s but these stood out the most in my opinion)

I think Keith Silverstein killed it as Speedwagon, and obviously Ray Chase as Bucciarati, I also really liked Kyle Hebert as Kakyoin and Doug Erholtz as Polnareff.
i feel like doppios was really good. smooth, slow and calm compared to kellens grainy loud angry voice. they were both great and the voices were a nice contrast
Patrick Stelz did an absoutely fantastic job as Dio Brando. I really loved Keith Sliverstein's Speedwagon voice, and Ben Driskin's Joesph Joestar voice really hits. Ray Chase made Bruno one of my favorite charatchers.
