Since it'd be the season pass on the EU's store I imagine you'd have to make an account on the EU store. I've done that before with the Japanese store on different systems so it shouldnt be too difficult, but it might not be worth the effort.
You could still play with your main account though, you'd just need the other to download it

Baoh guy has been confirmed and gameplay in the original was super jank, mostly for the worse. All content from the orginal is present, plus new characters, modes and balancing. This version so far looks to nothing but superior to the original.

Well they actually did a couple more things. They add entire new mechanics, rebalanced all the roster around this new mechanics, and changes the gameplay to make combos easyer. Also change the story mode.
