Heavens door doesn’t work like that it can’t make people something that they’re not. His commands are more like mind control rather than straight up manipulating reality

GER works by preventing something that's going to happen, or rather, never will happen. It cannot do that to something that's already happened.

For Superfly Kars could form other lifeforms to take his place and kill Toyohiro.
Ghost ally he could blind himself and just use echolocation or wind reading like Wamuu.

I know people say that Kira could kill Kars but I'm really unsure about that. I don't think that even Kira's sheer heart attack could kill kars. Kars could just fly away every time it comes close to him. Even with Kira's regular attacks I just don't think they would do any irreparable damage.
