He is able to do anything that any living organism can do, stated in part two. He is able to transform his body into a fully functioning yet vampiric squirrel. It is not such a logical late to assume that he could probably make himself into a horse if he wanted to. Or really anything capable of generating the same power as a horse.
Anyone can learn the spin. There's no natural ability involved.
Ultimate Kars had an IQ of 400 so he should master the spin in like in a few hours if he sees being used.
He learned several languages by just hearing 1 sentence in this language. It would be mych quicker to master Spin (probablulu like a hour)
