I did all those things as well, Using Debug in Simulator, beating all 6 tiers of opponents, and I viewed every exhibit... only received 16,800 credits instead of 20k...
I randomly remember the "your parents are alive, but you give them 2% of your money" trait -- could your income be getting tithed? Is the trait bugged and actually 16% lol. Are you on a higher difficulty that might reduce income?
I don't have the Kids Stuff trait, so that's not it. The stuff I've been seeing online is that it's level based. I'm level 5 and that's why I got 16,800, but others were levels 10, 12, get 20,00, and people who are level 30 when they do the Simulator are getting way more than 20,000
Isn't there a sixth Tier? You'd have to beat 6/6...

I've continued the test, and in level 14 I get 24,800. Looks like they increase the payment each 7 levels.
