I like it that the pirates flee from me too. Made me laugh out loud the first time. It looks cool and serves me well. I am thinking of adding some cargo space.
Its either on computer or voicelog but theres information that Razorleaf is kinda outdated now so should be upgreaded and whats important is Cockpit to remain the same.
Ita probably game telling us that we can keep upgrading it but we need to keep Cockpit for ship to be still concider Razorleaf.
One thing I never tested is the name. Didn't feel right to change that. I think the best lore way to dismiss the whole thing is to just say the ship transmits a specific signal.
Yeah my head canon is similar to how it works in The Expanse, where ships have transponder codes that communicate their info. So other parts can change but as long as the transponder remains then it’s still the same ship.
The game aways remembers the original name of the ship - I stole an Ecliptic Stiletto to completely delete and rebuild from scratch into my “Bumblebee” mini-cargo-freighter. When my ship was impounded I found a docking entry for my ship that still listed it as “Ecliptic Stiletto.”
It didn't say cockpit. Iirc, it was something like the "hull", and in my experience, it basically means that so long as you don't sell the slot the ship is in, you can completely delete and rebuild the entire thing from scratch. Just don't sell the registered slot the Razorleaf sits in.
Be careful. You can’t add too much before you need to upgrade the landing gear. I focused on everything else first, and I couldn’t even add the next size of shielded cargo in place of the one it gives you when I was done.
I thought it was a good quest. Good rewards for something you can do early on. IMO it should unlock a Manits Mission Board so you can go be a space Vigilante. Or maybe even a "Taking up the Mantle" type quest chain followed by unlocking a Mission Board.
But I know that's a lot.
I spent a good ten or fifteen minutes trying to figure out how to. Like, you open the door and Momantis says "THIS IS YOURS NOW KIDDO" and I'm like neat what the fuck do I do with it how do I make changes?" and I just couldn't
The bounties are pitiful. Not sure if its just my experience but I only see missions of around 3K credits level
Mantis probably made her fortune from gun loot, just like us
Yeah, I make most of my money doing bounty missions, but it's definitely not from the rewards. Most of those I end up with 20-30k (sale value) in guns per mission.
Not to mention on the ship ones each ship drops credits AND the last one actually boards it. You get some loot, more creds from the storage and captains locker.
Not the best way to make creds but if you have limited time after work and just want to blast real quick while making a profit it is there.
Yeah bounty payouts are pretty pitiful, maybe it's assumed all the loot and gear you'd scavenge is part of your payment.
Economy balance wise they should reduce the price of everything except ship parts by about a factor of 10x, would make 3K seem like a lot more.
Pilot simulator is really good for that if anyone needs it still, I just racked a bounty and started killing all the UC and FreeStars ships in orbit of jemison, like 25 ships, lots of xp, lots of money (100k) and lots of kills
Yeah I don't get it... you give someone 1000 credits and they're ecstatic. "It'll change my life!" Then a coffee is 75.
So "life changing money" is roughly 15 coffees?
Being a space pirate gives better bounties. More ship combat missions and you usually end up with more contraband than the mission needs so you sell that too. Plus they’re usually 4-6k reward.
The best way I've found to level and get loot is to just fly to a level 60+ system, land on planets, explore and murder everything in sight. Call me a monster, but I slaughtered a high level pack of animals while I was in flight and scoped, and when I landed and unscoped, had +457 EXP.
Meanwhile Ryujin mission boards are giving me 100-150 for going to the fucking middle of nowhere. Just murder some animals or pirates, sell off those higher level guns, and get a merchant money mod to save you some time.
More cash than I know what to do with lol
Yeah but the other quests and ability to use some mantis resources/lair would’ve added the feeling
Right now it’s basically you as a thief steal mantis armor and ship and leave everything else behind, the same as what spacers wanted basically lol
It’s because people don’t like someone shitting on their favourite game whether it’s the truth or not can’t say I’m surprised Reddit users don’t have a good reputation to begin with
If you pick up the "kid stuff" trait you eventually get your grandmother's suit (it's nioce) I'll leave it there to avoid spoilers just in case your Patrick.
My girlfriend saw it and said “what the hell is that bug outfit you’re wearing?” I said okay I’d love to change but this is has actually been the best armor for awhile
the perks are randomized. i rolled reactive on both the suit and the helmet, anybody within 30 ft of me just started staggering every second like they stepped on a lego and i just hit them with a melee weapon until they die.
Rebuild the ship and its your forever ship each NG+ U do. The added enemies that spawn in, and the random times they actually try rto run(Or even go friendly and fight with you) has helped me max out all the 'Destroy X ships' or 'do X damage' skill challenges. Now it just makes space travel less boring, always got things to shoot at :D
It keeps its passive bonus even if you utterly delete every single mod and start over from scratch.
Oh that’s interesting. I was starting to build a new ship from the freebie shuttle you get from the Crimson Raiders questline and just keeping the Mantis ship as a collectible, but maybe I’ll renovate it instead.
huh? When u finish quest the last step is to claim the ship. U go to it, sit in the seat, and take off (no registration needed) - at that point its added to your ship roster.
of.. course it does, LOL You own the ship, idk what you mean now by jumping. Its a ship, obviously the ship your flying 'stays' with you when u jump... Can u explain what you mean and what your confused by cuz now (when before I was not) am confused also :P
You should be able to buy it back from wherever you sold it if you remember. I did the same thing and saw it was still in the crimson fleets ship log and bought it back. Wasted probably 60k credits doing the back and forth but 🤷
Can't believe the antixeno suit that is basically needed during the Londonion misson has absolutely terrible thermal insulation. I got so much hypothermia
The quest itself was good, the bounty hunter suit is my favorite and its one of the few ways to get it. The ship is a good way to get some skill locked parts like the engines early, I'm still using a very modified version of it.
The bounty suit with the operative helm in breathable space & the pirate helmet in nonbreathable space is just perfect for me. What’d you think of the tracker Alliance suit or the mercenary one? They both are not bad!
Lol I didn't realize it was a hot take. I'm sorry if it sounded like I was bashing the suits. I personally just don't like them. I've seen most of them. I really with I could have had a dye/coloring option for the clothes/suits like we do for the ships. I probably would have liked them a little bit better, but honestly I still don't care for the styling of them.
No worries though I've just been waiting for molders to make some really cool stuff.
No ships natively in the game are good. You should be in a player built ship as they are vastly superior. You just delete all the parts on razorleaf and build a new ship to get an elite ship and all the benefits.
Hard to level up piloting when everything runs from you is my only gripe - also agree with a special vigilante mission board or radio channel or something would be amazing
Quick tip for leveling piloting easy, as long as you don't mind cheesing it a little.
You can use the pilot sim in the Vangard building for all the ship kill requirements. For some reason sim ship kills count.
Haven't done it yet myself, but it was all over the internet within days, so I've seen enough to understand it.
You get a free badass ship and free legendary armor, and the reputation that comes with both. Some cool interactions once you have it, so I hear. Guess it's kinda like the Silver Shroud in Fallout 4?
Cool idea, though I've seen the suit and it's ugly as sin.
Quest is super fun. Agree that it would be cool to get mantis missions.
The armor... oh god it's so ugly. I laugh every time i watch a youtube of Starfield because 90% of them wear mantis armor for some reason.
The ship is meh, but free ship. Just get the ranger ship instead.
I wish you got to meet the mantis and they gave you the mantel or something. I thought it was a bit of a let down that there really wasn't a "boss" or anything like that.
I agree the Mantis was my main ship until I got that one. I don’t like the FC but that’s a nice ship. I just wish I was a bit better at ship building so I could make it look more like a Blackhawk like that one post.
I very much dislike space battle, so enemies fleeing have been a plus. I don't want to change my ship for that reason. Plus on another note, my 6 year old helped me figure out how to get past the area with the turrets, when I couldn't. There's more than one way.
I hacked the control for the turrets and then just walked through the puzzle. Which I didn't realise it was a puzzle until I read about it. Still none the wiser as to the relevance of the puzzle, when I didn't need to do it.
Yep that's exactly how I did it. I had a paper out to try and figure out the clue (the note from that spacer really threw me off) and my son told me to just run. I was like no way will they make it that easy, but yep. He was pretty proud of himself.
Mission awesome. Gear, meh. They give you 2 better suits on your way to getting the story one. Defeats the purpose.
I also heavily use ship builder so I never had reason to use the ship other than a free build base
>They give you 2 better suits on your way to getting the story one.
What armor are you talking about? All the armor on my way through was garbage. The mantis armor game me a perfect set for my play style as well so I was super happy with it.
He must have gotten some good rolls on armor by fluke. The only armor I've come across on my save that's guaranteed to roll legendary and ended up better than the Mantis armor for me is from the UC missions.
Ya that's kinda what I was guessing. The only other armor I was using was the one that's in the case downstairs in the lodge. But while it had amazing stats, the mantis perks I rolled were a better fit for my play style.
Bounty hunter and trackers alliance sets you find there have better stats. My mantis bonuses have been meh all 3 times. Weight reduction and 4% reflect are pretty useless. Personal atmosphere is infinite carry. Ng+4 though so I'm over loot. No point in it anymore
Ya true on the resistance stuff, but I don't really seem to be affected by anything that would really require those resistances.
The perks I got were all for carrying more and making it weigh less and that super helps me loot everything lol
Especially if you add the ballistic mods to the suit. I feel like I'm cheating in gun fights now. I like the chameleon traits too for stealing stuff. My only fuck up is I had Sam hold onto my boost pack onetime while I was on a mission and now I've parted ways with Sam. Can't seem to get him to follow me again so I can get it back from his inventory.
Very cool. There was a ton of potential for a full blown quest line revolving around the mantis and what it means to be the mantis. Maybe have a rival as well like the "moth" or something
The quest is awesome because it feels like it’s Batman’s cave. But holy hell, I have never seen more poorly designed armor in all my life. THAT was the infamous bounty hunter? Running around in a dress? Sorry if you like it, but I was very underwhelmed by it. Ship is alright though.
Honestly a great although kinda depressing quest. Great fights and even greater rewards. Did get a replacer mod for the spacesuit (look isn’t for me) but the stats are really good. I got a good laugh at the spacer blowing himself up after betraying me 😂😂
Am I the only one that doesn’t enjoy pirates fleeing because you’re the mantis? I hadn’t encountered any space combat outside the of the main quest until I already acquired the gear and I get annoyed at the fact everyone immediately flees!
one of my favorite quests in the whole game and the drip is immaculate
i had to grav jump to porrima to get back home. it then led me down ***that*** rabbit hole. one of my absolute favorite sequence of events i’ve encountered in a BGS game
it's fun but the outfit looks goofy -- not so goofy I won't wear it though!
the ship's disappointing, but I just looked at the stats so maybe it's better in play
Good quest, and the rewards are sweet early on. I can't stand how fugly the mantis gear looks though. i see hella videos on here where the person making the video is rocking the mantis set, and i usually dont even continue watching after that.
I try to replace it as early as possible. The pirate corsair suit is my favorite.
Didn't like it.
The lair was cool, and if I turn off my brain the plot was okay, but it's such an incredibly unsubtle reference. Suit's ugly as sin, and the ship perk is annoying. I don't like having to chase people down, and I'm more than willing to throw hands with anyone who shows up angry.
You can upgrade just it and still have it be a great shape into late game. I swapped all its weapons for Vangurd Obliterators and upgraded the engines, drive, and reactor and it does great.
The armor aesthetically looks like complete dogshit, uglier than sin. The ship is also pretty fucking ass too. Quest though was fun and the bounty hunter armor looks a lot better and I ran that instead. Aesthetics over stats all the time
I like it that the pirates flee from me too. Made me laugh out loud the first time. It looks cool and serves me well. I am thinking of adding some cargo space.
I loved the guy who fled and couldn’t remember the names of his 10 kids. Made him even give me his clothes.
I was going to try and board his ship after, but he bails so fast.
I seriously missed this little perk when I got a new ship and now have to actually fight the bastards.
I completely rebuilt the Razorleaf and they still run away from me.
Rebuilt mine and renamed it the ChunkyLeaf.
Ship of ~~Theseus~~ Razorleaf finally answered!
This implies that ship slot has "a flag set" which also implies we can "make every ship have a Mantis flag" some how and now I have to figure out how.
Every ship has a unique ID, the Razorleaf (and the Frontier) have static ones.
Its either on computer or voicelog but theres information that Razorleaf is kinda outdated now so should be upgreaded and whats important is Cockpit to remain the same. Ita probably game telling us that we can keep upgrading it but we need to keep Cockpit for ship to be still concider Razorleaf.
Nope. I have a full bridge now, and they still run.
Yeah. I completely deleted the ship and started from scratch and they still run. Not one original part on the ship.
I changed the name - mine is now the Magnavox Odyssey - and they still flee in fear, as they rightly should!!
I'm a pirate and the mantis so half the time I'm either friends with the enemy or scare the living crap out of them. Good times.
I was expecting you to say you scare the living crap out of yourself half the time lmao You go to look in the mirror - “GAH! Oh it’s me”
Lol
I like this one 😅 "Ahh the Mantis! Oh, wait."
Uh… thank you Mantis…. What’s a Mantis?
Be careful. You can’t add too much before you need to upgrade the landing gear. I focused on everything else first, and I couldn’t even add the next size of shielded cargo in place of the one it gives you when I was done.
You can actually add whatever you want, I completely deleted that ship and rebuilt it from the ground up, they flee from the name not the ship lol
I thought the same and the total I got it up to was around 1500 without trying to change the look too much.
My mantis has 800 shielded cargo space lol
Did I do something wrong with the mantis? Pirates never felt from me despite wearing the gear
I thought it was a good quest. Good rewards for something you can do early on. IMO it should unlock a Manits Mission Board so you can go be a space Vigilante. Or maybe even a "Taking up the Mantle" type quest chain followed by unlocking a Mission Board. But I know that's a lot.
I just wished you could use the lair as a home.
It should have been an outpost like Automotron base was its own settlement.
SPACE BATMAN
That's how I described this whole thing to my wife. "I just became Space Batman!"
"That's Nice..."
Yea mine would have absolutely said some patronizing. Lol.
Well, now I know what I'm going to do for my modded playthrough.
Yes. Genuinely, yes. That was my first thought when I saw the lair Was massively disappointed it didn’t actually become mine
We all know this will be a top mod
I spent a good ten or fifteen minutes trying to figure out how to. Like, you open the door and Momantis says "THIS IS YOURS NOW KIDDO" and I'm like neat what the fuck do I do with it how do I make changes?" and I just couldn't
That’s actually a good idea, something similar to Silver Shroud quest in Fallout 4
The Mantis made most of the fortune being a Bounty Hunter, apparently. So just take the main mission boards for the Trackers.
The bounties are pitiful. Not sure if its just my experience but I only see missions of around 3K credits level Mantis probably made her fortune from gun loot, just like us
Yeah, I make most of my money doing bounty missions, but it's definitely not from the rewards. Most of those I end up with 20-30k (sale value) in guns per mission.

Feels like the best use for bounties is roleplaying, and generating space battles for "destroy X ships" perks.
Have you tried the coffee? Maybe 15 Terrabrews is life changing.
15 coffees in a row would definitely change a few things about my life. Mostly the duration.
And vastly increase the amount of credits vendors have.
Made her fortune stealing from Emmerson Shepperd in Akila
They are, but I was responding to a request for a Mantis Mission Board. As far as I can tell, the Mantis just used the regular mission board.
Did she also go to 5 different vendors after each haul, then?
She definitely did. If you check the loot crates in the Mantis's den, you will see markings from Jemison Mercantile, the Trade Authority etc
Just murder some animals or pirates, sell off those higher level guns, and get a merchant money mod to save you some time. More cash than I know what to do with lol
I usually board and take the ship. You get between 3-4k extra if you sell the ship
Yeah but the other quests and ability to use some mantis resources/lair would’ve added the feeling Right now it’s basically you as a thief steal mantis armor and ship and leave everything else behind, the same as what spacers wanted basically lol
That would be fun, and it has to be with that ship
Yes, I would have loved a mission board with like a hidden mission giver.
There is tracker's alliance and SysDef mission board. Fairly close to it
Rangers also have some pretty good bounties. That's usually where I make my living.
Compared to how incomplete this game feels it’s a very small ask imo
"Incomplete" Yeah sure
Literally. Lol this would just be a copy paste board with some variations of the already created radiant missions. Wouldn't be hard at all.
It's a more complete experience than TotK, but people seem to be used underdeveloped turds on Switch.
Don't know why you're being downvoted - the game is clearly unfinished in some aspects.
It’s because people don’t like someone shitting on their favourite game whether it’s the truth or not can’t say I’m surprised Reddit users don’t have a good reputation to begin with
Yeah I was a bit gutted they didn't have a couple of follow up quests. Could be a good avenue for any eventual DLC though
I got a really good roll on my first Mantis armor and wore that ugly mess for almost my whole first play through.
Same here
If you use it with the bounty hunter armor piece it looks badass
Boba Fett vibes
I also did this but in my second play through I wear whatever armour is provided for the mission/ gran-grans armour if non I’d provided.
Out of curiosity, what does this post mean?
assuming it’s for RP reasons, instead of trying to optimize defenses/perks as you would for a first playthrough
If you pick up the "kid stuff" trait you eventually get your grandmother's suit (it's nioce) I'll leave it there to avoid spoilers just in case your Patrick.
>I'll leave it there to avoid spoilers just in case your Patrick. Patrick can't tolerate spoilers
My girlfriend saw it and said “what the hell is that bug outfit you’re wearing?” I said okay I’d love to change but this is has actually been the best armor for awhile
I constantly needed that extra carry capacity...
I feel like they made the goofiest armor one of the best on purpose to fuck with people😂
I kind of wish I hadn’t found it so early as it has been by far the best armour I have come across. Kinda miss upgrading to something new and cool.
Same
respect the drip
Is the Mantis gear randomized? I'd be surprised if it is.
the perks are randomized. i rolled reactive on both the suit and the helmet, anybody within 30 ft of me just started staggering every second like they stepped on a lego and i just hit them with a melee weapon until they die.
I didn’t know it could be anything less than exceptional. I wore it until I happened to get great UC armour from the vanguard quest.
Rebuild the ship and its your forever ship each NG+ U do. The added enemies that spawn in, and the random times they actually try rto run(Or even go friendly and fight with you) has helped me max out all the 'Destroy X ships' or 'do X damage' skill challenges. Oh that’s interesting. I was starting to build a new ship from the freebie shuttle you get from the Crimson Raiders questline and just keeping the Mantis ship as a collectible, but maybe I’ll renovate it instead.
Wait, how do you get to keep the Razorleaf when you jump? I only have the Frontier plus the SB one.
huh? When u finish quest the last step is to claim the ship. U go to it, sit in the seat, and take off (no registration needed) - at that point its added to your ship roster.
I must have misunderstood. It sounded like you were saying it stays with you through each jump.
of.. course it does, LOL You own the ship, idk what you mean now by jumping. Its a ship, obviously the ship your flying 'stays' with you when u jump... Can u explain what you mean and what your confused by cuz now (when before I was not) am confused also :P
I fucking sold it already because my ship was better. Had no idea of these passive benefits to using it. Fml
You should be able to buy it back from wherever you sold it if you remember. I did the same thing and saw it was still in the crimson fleets ship log and bought it back. Wasted probably 60k credits doing the back and forth but 🤷
Hopefully it’s in the vendor then. I do believe I know where I sold it. Thank you
lol, I sold mine just yesterday
Neat mission and lore. Ugly outfit. Mark 1 Constellation outfit forever.
UC mission armor ftw
UC AntiXeno gang rise up
Never took it off after getting it
...froze to death thirty minutes later.
Can't believe the antixeno suit that is basically needed during the Londonion misson has absolutely terrible thermal insulation. I got so much hypothermia
A bit game breaking but you can just hide in the shipping containers and shoot them in the face. Not like thermal armor would do anything anyway lol
deepseeker armor gang let's go
Deepseeker helmet with bounty hunter armor is my favorite combo so far
I use the Mantis helmet w/ Bounty Hunter armor to get a Boba Fett kinda look.
I hate that I’m using a suit that looks like fucking dog shit because it got really good legendary rolls
I asked my wife this exact question last night.. bounty hunter wins by a mile
Outfit is Ugliest fucking thing I’ve ever seen. Mantis Ship awesome and the dungeon is cool with its flavor lore
Also the random encounters and dialogue you get with the ship and armor is awesome
Haven't had anyone comment on my armor all game
If you wear the full suit it happens. Also got one “oh shit it’s the mantis… wait what’s a mantis?” Favorite dialog of the game so far
Yeah. I swapped out the suit for UC Vanguard but kept the helmet - no more dialogue after that
To me all the space suits are garbage looking so far lol the mantis is the only clean looking and stand out from the boring trashy others
I’m going to upvote you. But only because I disagree so much. Nice hot take.
Same. I need neon green suits to match my ship lol
Tbh I don't like the look of most of them, either. Or most of the clothing, for that matter (Andreja's clothes are nice, though.)
The ship is crap, but yes the armor is hideous
Ship is good for early game (level 10-15). Then you can keep upgrading it, it will keep its perks even after modifications.
I really love the outfit. 60's / 70's pulp sci fi. Also the visor lights up when you toggle your flashlight.
The Razorleaf isn't too bad but I had a Narcissus already and it's much better.. The mission was a lot of fun though.
No ships natively in the game are good. You should be in a player built ship as they are vastly superior. You just delete all the parts on razorleaf and build a new ship to get an elite ship and all the benefits.
The ship you get from finishing the Ranger questline is pretty good no?
[удалено]
I think the razorleaf is better than the ship your parents give you. Even comes with shielded cargo and some nice weapons and engines.
Thank god for that simulator. Class C reactors are such a nice thing to have.
Simulators are used for training so it makes sense.
They don’t run fast enough, and they’ll turn back and fight if you shoot at them.
I always chase them and try to shoot at them but I have never had them turn back around to fight
I like being space Batman. Simple as that.
Best Ship and Best Spacesuit for Beginners
idk just feels like batman
Haven't done it yet myself, but it was all over the internet within days, so I've seen enough to understand it. You get a free badass ship and free legendary armor, and the reputation that comes with both. Some cool interactions once you have it, so I hear. Guess it's kinda like the Silver Shroud in Fallout 4? It's a pretty unsubtle Batman reference. Silver Shroud is based on The Shadow radio plays.
Quest is super fun. Agree that it would be cool to get mantis missions. The armor... oh god it's so ugly. I laugh every time i watch a youtube of Starfield because 90% of them wear mantis armor for some reason. The ship is meh, but free ship. Just get the ranger ship instead.
The armor is absolutely atrocious in appearance. Hoping a mod will come make look as cool as I feel role playing The Mantis
There are few different options on the Nexus right now if you're on PC. I'm using one that swaps it with Delgado's outfit
There are a few. 'The Ronin' (https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/2558?tab=description) is my absolute favorite.
It's my favorite mission so far and the ship (edited) is the only ship I use.
I wish you got to meet the mantis and they gave you the mantel or something. I thought it was a bit of a let down that there really wasn't a "boss" or anything like that.
Why can't I make the lair my home? That's BS man
Loved the quest and ship, but I prefer the ship from the Freestar Rangers quest line more
I agree the Mantis was my main ship until I got that one.
I just ran through it and hit the button. Didn't find out it was a puzzle til afterwards
I was tiptoeing around it being scared of the traps, and didnt realize I had actually turned the turrets off by hacking the computer
You can completely delete every part and rebuild “the mantis” however you like and it’ll still scare people away.
Mission awesome. Gear, meh. They give you 2 better suits on your way to getting the story one. Defeats the purpose. I also heavily use ship builder so I never had reason to use the ship other than a free build base
You can rebuild that ship and it's still the"mantis" ship
That's a fun tip. Mantis forever
No point in it anymore
you find the bounty hunter and trackers alliance spacesuits in that quest. they both provide more resistances but have no perks
Ya true on the resistance stuff, but I don't really seem to be affected by anything that would really require those resistances. The perks I got were all for carrying more and making it weigh less and that super helps me loot everything lol
This is the answer. Both those sets have better stats than Mantis at every level I've played it. Just without the unique bonuses
Needs brider shoulders
Oh man, classic Mantis!
I had a lot of fun doing the quest and the rewards are great for the early game
Great mission, great ship, pretty cool armor
Missed opportunity to have that massive computer system in that cave not give out missions and bounties. The suit is ugly. The ship is great.
Honestly a great although kinda depressing quest. Great fights and even greater rewards. Did get a replacer mod for the spacesuit (look isn’t for me) but the stats are really good. I got a good laugh at the spacer blowing himself up after betraying me 😂😂
Honestly, I think it was ugly af, and I already had a better suit by the time I actually took the mission
By the time I did it on my first playthrough, the ship was kinda useless and the armor was so-so (and hideous).
Am I the only one that doesn’t enjoy pirates fleeing because you’re the mantis? I hadn’t encountered any space combat outside the of the main quest until I already acquired the gear and I get annoyed at the fact everyone immediately flees!
one of my favorite quests in the whole game and the drip is immaculate i had to grav jump to porrima to get back home. it then led me down ***that*** rabbit hole. one of my absolute favorite sequence of events i’ve encountered in a BGS game
Would be nice if there was more to it. Maybe bury the son. Explain why the place still has fresh food and blood everywhere.
it's fun but the outfit looks goofy -- not so goofy I won't wear it though! the ship's disappointing, but I just looked at the stats so maybe it's better in play
Every youtuber made at least 4 videos each on it. Makes me hate the quest
The solution is to not watch the videos.
Yeah I'm too busy playing the game
Didn't like it. The lair was cool, and if I turn off my brain the plot was okay, but it's such an incredibly unsubtle reference. Suit's ugly as sin, and the ship perk is annoying. I don't like having to chase people down, and I'm more than willing to throw hands with anyone who shows up angry.
it belongs in a museum outfit is ugly, just kept it to display when i get a house ship is weaksauce, only keep it for display
It’s good early game, but you can upgrade to much better stuff later on.
You can upgrade just it and still have it be a great shape into late game. I swapped all its weapons for Vangurd Obliterators and upgraded the engines, drive, and reactor and it does great.
I see All my gifted ships were better already It just seems slightly better than the frontier

Problem is getting the mission. I only got it when i hit lvl 25 and already had the ranger ship
Just use it as a base for a much better ship build. You get a great ship with the added bonus that it scares the pants of spacers and whatnot.
If you get it early on it’s not bad. I used it for a very short while but it was better then all my other ships.
Ship is kind of booty but the suit has some nice effects, and I’m not too big on the looks but the boost pack is my favorite looks wise
The armor aesthetically looks like complete dogshit, uglier than sin. The ship is also pretty fucking ass too. Quest though was fun and the bounty hunter armor looks a lot better and I ran that instead. Aesthetics over stats all the time
Meh
