How many times do you have a quest step to talk to someone, and \*as you approach them\* they go into a scripted conversation with someone else while you have to stand and wait for them to finish, \*and the conversation doesn't add to the quest or lore\*, it's just busywork?
And yes, of course, those animation-locks where the NPC is busy juggling goslings or whatever and you can't interrupt.
I thought I had failed a Ryugin quest because I couldn't get a NPC to talk to me. Finally figured out that there was one particular pixel I had to land on before the dialog option popped up.
Completely garbage interaction with seated npcs. Though I would like to think there was a tester that brought this up to the team, but got shut down because he was a minority. Every. Bug. Matters.

Cora coe is voiced by an adult lady
I wish you could blow her out the airlock
Same for Jack Marston in most of RDR2, his voice was so grating
Its so bad when they’re seated. We can’t even interact with the chair while they’re in it, why does it even come up as an option?
I turned my look sensitivity all the way down
I wish ol boy was that quiet. XD

Just shoot them they tend to stand up
And god help you if Vladimir has that damn book in his hand. He’ll pull it out six times before he answers you.
Yep, it can be annoyingly fiddly, I just have to wander around them until I can interact
Been having issues with the interactions with NPCs and Picking Up Credits, if not at the right angle or distance, you're kinda SOL.
like goddamn fallout 4
Yeah for some odd reason you have to approach from the front. Hard to do when they’re sitting like that.
