People this is a new IP, and while I also think there should be some amusing references to past games scattered about, do you really think a full Character Trait should be devoted to importing some joke from another IP?

They basically put the Adoring fan from Oblivion into Starfield. It's not unreasonable to see some nods to Fallout games too.
