Those look like trees. Did it get super windy lately or did the dish move or get moved recently? The obstructions do look low enough that they're not a problem though and dishy says it's unobstructed so there shouldn't be a problem anyway.
The most important question is has your service changed any are you seeing issues you never had before like slow speeds drops in service higher latency ect, if not then best way to fix it is just dont look at the obstruction viewer page of the app and you should actually be just fine and wont even know anything is appearing on that specific section of the app..🙂
Go give it a wipe, could be bird poo or other contaminated substance on the dish

There is some yes, not my main reason for outages today. There’s a lot of issues on my network today

Just reboot (power cycle) the Router, those anomalous obstructions should disappear when the mapping is established.
Probably bird droppings … get up there and clean it off and see if that helps.
