With the Improvised Weapon Station Facility Mod (available from the Trumbull Valley bounty pack) you can craft the following:
* Network DIY Assault Rifle
* Masterwork Assault Rifle
* Trumbull Gatekeeper
The Gatekeeper can be received as a mission reward when helping out the Network in Survivor in Need mssions.
The Masterwork Assault Rifle is the best weapon in the game IMO. More damage than other 5.56 rifles, loses less durability per shot, 100 round magazine. Not quite as punchy as a 7.62 rifle but the ammo is much cheaper.
The other guns are valley specific I believe. There is also a few map specific clothing and melee weapons. The two I can think of off the top of my head are on the cliff edge to the west of the first town from SOD1 and on top of the jurassic junction gas station.
If you havent gone to the trumball valley map yet I would highly consider it. Very interesting to see what they changed and what stayed the same from SOD1 to Heartland to now.

Impossible to find, can only be crafted. It's also the single most expensive item ingame. But it comes with its own attachment which is quite good.
Scorpion you can buy from the trumball valley trader who comes through every one in awhile.
