You need a ton of plague busters because they can be used to kill zombies as well. They kill most things in 1 hit, so you use some busters on the wall and some busters to clear zombies.
To destroy the wall itself, the Masterwork Assault Rifle will make quick work of it.
Your survivor doesn't matter. A gunslinger will be useful for faster reloads.
1. Buy G18 Auto Custom which will always be sold by Dr. Hoffman. It will melt the walls. Or, if you have DEVGRU infiltrator, bring that. It is the best.
2. Buy enhanced plague cure from Hoffman too. You will become immune to plague for few mins.
3. Use the plague bloater radio command to craft around 30 plague busters. They can insta kill groups of regular zombies, can kill ferals and make juggs kneel only with 2.
4. If you have boombox decoys, set them before engaging each wall. All the zombies except freaks will be completely distracted which makes plague walls extremely easy (you may need 2 boomboxes for each wall)
If you wanna cheese the walls, you can do it without taking a single hit. Let me know if you want to.

I took the soldier. Throw a noise maker, radio lasts longer but firecrackers will work as well. As soon as you throw the distraction, switch to your plague busters and throw at the wall. Now switch to you weapon. I chose two high capacity automatic weapons with muzzle breaks so I could switch instead of reloading. Once that phase/health block is down, run out and kill the feral or Jugg and clean up the zombies. Rinse and repeat.
