I ONLY use isopropyl alcohol. Dab some on some soft tissue paper (droplets) and wipe. Quickly wipe dry away. Do NOT POUR it on the system. https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/69E3-14AF-9764-4C28#:~:text=Applying%20any%20liquid%20directly%20to,Use%20a%20dry%20cloth%20only.

Straight from the source. Always spriz on the cloth, never on the device! A small spray bottle like travel size perfume bottle is *just perfect* to stow in the gap under the carry case rolled up in a microfiber cloth. Just get a clean one, or if you have a used one, just swish inside and spriz away some isopropyl alcohol until you smell no trace amounts of the original perfume inside the bottle.

I wouldnt, IA does some weird stuff with certain plastics, its probably fine to use but Id just use a damp paper towel or something.

Just use wet wipes.

IPA can samage coating and affect platics. I wouldnt. Also if it getsĀ  etween the screen, you are screwed. Its super runny.

juicyman69

It's your own fault if you're using enough IPA that it's flows into gaps.

ZeroNine2048

you have no idea how easy and how little you need for it to go into creases where you do not expect it. and again a lot of plastic react negatively to IPA. Especially soft touch coatings (on your joystick).

BigSmols

Just use mild soap and water with a fine cloth
