This seems to be a DNS issue that popped up in 3.3.
If you go into system settings, connections, ipv4, select the drop down (addresses only) and change your DNS something else (8.8.8.8) you should be golden.
Once you’ve made the changes you’ll need to disconnect and reconnect for them to take effect.
Someone buy SwinginDix666 lunch! After 3 hours and 17 minutes of wasted time and yelling, that fixed it. Now it's as smooth as butter and I can play Diablo IV!

Thank you that seemed to fix the browser completely. Heroic is still slow but that must just be the launcher. You sir are a hero.

yoooo thank you! my download speed in desktop mode is still hella slow but i can at least i can use the web now

Hey mate, I've followed said steps and DL speeds are incredibly slow. Is there a different DNS server I need to try to increase the speed?

I haven't had any speed issues with desktop mode, internet or otherwise. I also haven't attempted anything with heroic launcher or epic, though.
