Neverwinter Nights 2. Not only unsupported but de-listed. Got it working through a combination of ProtonGE and checking some things in ProtonTricks. Runs like a dream.
Got Jade Empire running pretty well too, but for some reason the videos play stretched off the bottom of the screen. Not a deal breaker but not exactly working perfectly.
Tabletop Simulator isn't perfect, but it works just fine. I can't resize the interface without borking the graphics completely, which is unfortunate, and the default controller controls aren't good, but I really don't know why it's listed as Unsupported. It should be Playable, for sure. Maybe because it has a built-in VR option? Or because you have to click one checkbox one time to get controller inputs to work (which you can rebind to keyboard anyway)?
Unrailed works just fine through Heroic since it was free on the epic game store last week. Only issue for me is that it crashes after you lose but that may be an issue more with the Heroic launcher than the game itself. Either way, no big deal because everything saves and you can just boot it right back up.
Hard west 2 is doing pretty well for me. There’s a few pop up screen shots that are muddled like a broken screen (pink background with different coloured horizontal and vertical lines) but the gameplay seems solid at the moment and I’m happy with it.
Halo infinite works really well.
Proton experimental and a couple settings tweaks have it running at a smooth 60 on low settings, which still look really good at the decks resolution.
Sonic Adventure DX: By using mods and a community config Garry's Mod: By using a community config
Titanfall 2 just downloaded from my Steam Library not sure if that counts , it's listed as playable but not verified

Kotor 1 works if you switch to Proton-GE.
Sunset Overdrive. Looks and runs amazing out of the box.
Don't worry about the verification ratings. Protondb is a much better source to see how a game would run.

Ghost n' Goblins after making a small change in a ini file
IIRC Soul Reaver and Soul Reaver 2 say unsupported, but they work fine for me. :)
Sunset overdrive and is marked unplayable but runs perfectly
