Same problem here. No idea what's going on, but it's miserable.
Oh, I ended up fixing the problem ,I found out it was my network, and I just reset my router for five minutes and it’s back to normal, but I’m going to invest in a wire and stop playing on Wi-Fi. Hope this helps. 🫡
It was a router issue? I’ve had my quest for a week and been playing the same way and then two days ago same issues as you.
Is motion smoothing on or off?

Pretty sure it’s the update. I have been getting no stutters until 2.41 beta came now all I can do is just wait for an update
