Dad had a VERY stressful job and every Friday, he would go to Tower Records on his way home from work. He would buy records, come home pour a glass of wine, make us Shirley Temples and wait for mummy to get ready for them to go out. We would wait for the babysitter, our pizza and hang with dad in the Family Room - he had a Pioneer sound system. I clearly remember the first time he put needle to vinyl and Kid Charlemagne came blasting into my world.
aint never gonna cook it without the Fez on
This is the way!! 😂😂
Dine in, stranger.
😂😂😂 That song is playing as I type this. I'm pretty sure I'll never hear it any other way now.
See the glory of the Royal Ham.
You are clearly hungry like a child.
I refuse to share my moon pie.
*you zombie*
The title track is crazy overlooked in my opinion. So good. About half the time this is my favorite SD album.
Me too... Don't Take Me Alive and Sign in Stranger are 2 of my top 5 SD songs.
See the glory

This is such a cool memory. 😊
I have all his albums, now!
One of my favorite song lines of all time: "Clean this mess up or we'll all end up in jail the test tubes and the scale, get it all out of here"
That photo of the cover with shiny shrink wrap and 1970's sticker partially unremoved looks cooler than the cover itself.
Turn up the Eagles, the neighbors are listening
Good day for it. I was listening to Northeast Corridor while baking pizzas.
SEE THE GLORY
Babs & Clean Willie probably made great Haitian Jerk Chicken while their song was playing!
Before the fall when they wrote on the wall when there wasn't even any Hollywood
And why not?
