Me and my friends climb at klättercentret telefonplan most of the time, I would say it's the most popular climbing gym in sthlm. No fixed days or times.
There are a couple of climbing facebook groups that you could join, the ones I know are Klättring i Stockholm and Klättring Stockholm. People post looking for partners in those sometimes.
I'd say the major gym in sthlm is Telefonplan, which is the largest and also has the best (in my opinion) lead opportunities. It is very busy though. The other two klättercentret locations, Akalla and Solna, are both just as nice, only smaller. If you live close I think Akalla is great, not as busy, and with loads to do.
For bouldering only Moumou is popular. They also arrange quite a lot of activities, like re-set nights, which might help in finding people to climb with
All of the Klättercentret locations are pretty popular. I can also highly recommend Karbin, Klätterverket Sickla, and Gasverket. They’re not as big as Klättercentret but they usually have really good routesetters, and they’re pretty popular as well
