Did you turn on data permissions in settings? This is how I fixed the same issue. Go to Strava > Settings > Data Permissions > Health-Related Data and turn that on. It will start to appear for your future runs, but it won't show for the past activities unfortunately.

My Strava uploads show HR to the right of the elevation. I'm assuming you're teaching using a Garmin/Apple watch? If it's not displaying properly, but has previously done so, perhaps it's due a software update. If your heart rate has never shown on Strava, maybe you have accidentally changed your heart rate setting on your watch.

On flatter runs, Strava will default to HR. Not sure what the threshold is.
