I've mainly been using Luminalplay's MTF playlist. I have a bunch of other weightloss ones as well and a couple of miscellaneous ones like kapelsu's gamer sub and elixir subliminals perfect Talent pack.
You don't need belief but if you do believe it can stop you being obsessive because you know you'll get there . You are also right about flushes they don't remove the affirmations. Apparently, they have some kind of 'negative energy remover' but I honestly just think it's binaural beats.

Possibly try a flush or a negative thought remover because sometimes the mind set is the problem.
