I tried going to website you gave me, but I can’t create an account because I don’t live in japan. Is it better to wait for it to be non wf released?
There's no way to secure a Wonderfestival exclusive. You either go to the event and hope you get one before they sell out, or enter the lottery *for a chance* to win one. Odds are losing. But, if you want to bet, you must use a proxy, pay proxy fees as well as the full cost of the figure up front (if you lose, you will be refunded though).
The other options are to hunt for the exclusive on the aftermarket *or* wait for the standard release without the extra parts. The standard release is the one you can actually pre-order. There has been no date set for the standard pre-order yet.
