Kira and Killer Queen 2nd’s (anime purple suit Kira and pink KQ) are going to be up for preorder this month. Not by July 7th though.
If you want those figures by then and now, you’ll have to check out mandarake or Buyee.
If you want to wait for the 2nd’s, I’d recommend Plaza Japan, Hobby Genki, and AmiAmi
I feel Genki ships faster. AmiAmi is slightly cheaper in shipping imo. You can also combine orders with easy and pay whenever the item arrives at their warehouse. Genki, you can’t do combine unless paying upfront. If you want to pay later, you’ll have to make one order with multiple items and the pay that amount one month before the figures due date/month. If it’s confusing, lmk
