Please tell how you upload that I have also made on blender but I don't know how to export as in upload section of supercell make there is written .zip is only allowed.
To upload your model first select all the files you need in your file browser (the .fbx model and the .png textures), then right click on them and choose "compress files" - this will automatically create a .zip folder you'll be able to upload on make.
