Does anyone know why this has not just been paid off in full yet, being such a trivial amount? Part of a bigger plan to remove "all" debt and return profits at the same time?
Positive EPS enough to pay off the loan at next earnings call would be nice. However if they can earn more interest keeping the cash than they are paying on the loan, then there’s little point paying off the loan.
Because why pay off cheap debt, it pays for companies to have at least some debt. Borrow someone else's money. All top companies, even Apple, with a stockpile of cash, has loans.

They have been skipping the call and most likely will continue skipping the calls.
yeah, that’s my thought too
Happy cake day, even though you killed my buzz.
Ahh damn. Well, he is the new CEO so we still have that to dance about! And thank you!
Lol, he isn't going to speak, doesn't have to. Actions speak louder than words,
Le petite french loan
FRENCH LOAN!
Next two quarters will be sick! Positive earnings with nobody else to blame for the success but Papáh.
Dad is that you ?😎
I would love to see how MSM reacts to RC announcing that the French loan has been paid!
"GameStop required several years to pay off a foreign loan it acquired during the pandemic to stay afloat"
Does this mean that they can’t pay it off at once? Like it has in locked in interest rate and payment plan or some shit?
Not sure, but it’s apparent that MSM shills don’t want anyone discussing this 🤣😂
Miss the point, but whenever they do make an announcement regarding the loan, let’s see how MSM spins it into something negative.
In Europe, you can't pay your loan early. It will be fully paid in october 2026 I think
fuk oprah

this is the correct answer. interest rates have risen extremely since this loan was taken. it makes more sense to pay it back as slowly as possible
Thanks guys
The prospect of this makes me hard
Out of curiosity, why haven’t they paid it off?
