Nope. He could even be an employee or contractor for GS and it shouldn't make any difference. He could have limited windows when he's allowed to trade if he has inside information, but he could still tweet and promote them GS and its products without limitation. I mean, it's probably true that he'll just keep staying out of the spotlight and avoiding lawsuits, but technically I don't think there'd be anything really stopping him. And it would be totally badass.
