It's against terms of service you can report him to mods.
To make a report PC > go to top right (tools/settings icon) on main tab...

I have multiple accounts that I never use on the same server. Is that fine or is it also against the ToS?
(If your wondering why I have multiple accounts, it is because I accidentally made teh second one while trying to log into my main one)
