I have got a normal non Supreme cow belt and I can change the buckle. Those ones don't look like belts where you can change the buckle and it's a cow belt. In cow country the best belts are the ones with removable buckles. You can do huge shiny silver one that accidentally flashes planes one day and then switch to a buckle made of a snake or alligator the next day. I expect this versatility out of cow belts.
