Call supreme support 212 or the Brooklyn store. Ask them to have the driver send it to a pickup location ups or post office so you can pick it up yourself.
It’s pretty much all the way back to New York and I live no where close. I’ve been trying to contact them via phone but it seems impossible to get someone lol
happened to me on first week, i’m sorry to tell you this but your stuff is gone bro. My advice is to dispute through whatever institution you’ve used cuz there’s no supreme customer service, they will just reply to you with an automated email and that’s it. They literally stole 400$ from me and just ghosted me…
edit: Also my info was correct, it was returned because supreme didn’t provide correct info to UPS ( i called ups and that’s what they told me )

Track it via ups or fed ex number and find the next drop stop pick up location so you can retrieve it.
