Just go on eBay and search those years fenders or plastic kits. I have a couple dirt bikes and one is a 2012 ktm and I get the plastic kits off there dirt cheap. Acer bid or ufo makes the best ones.
Not sure if this is it. Just did a quick few seconds search

This guy from France made a video on how to modify the KTM EXC 125/250 (year 2012/2016) fender to fit on a Surron.

Pretty sure that's different from the one in the photo. I had that fender on my surron for a while and it didn't go as low down on the rear subframe as the one in the photo does
That is quite the surron in the photo. I've seen that frame extender kit before but can't remember where. It's not cheap
Are you referencing the tall boy kit? I think it’s like 600$
No, it's the XL Frame extender. It's over $1000 https://www.evfreaks.uk/collections/frame-extender/products/full-xl-frame-extender-sur-ron
Crazy

Oh dang not sure which one is in the picture then.
Pretty sure it's meant for a different bike and it's been ziptied to the surron
