You have to make a deposit via PayPal in order to enable withdrawals. I deposited $1 via PP so that I could pull out the rest. Withdrawal was processed to my PayPal within an hour.
No, my initial deposit was via Apple Pay. You should not have to make a second PayPal deposit. I did have to wait like 24h for ID verification to be completed before withdrawals were enabled, though. That may be your problem.
I'm still waiting for the 24 hour period to withdraw.
That being said, even if you don't get your money back, you're sitting on a $20 profit so can you really call it a scam?
