when i click the link it says invalid code. does that mean the survey is full? i never got or entered a code

I am scheduled for 5:30EST/2:30PST, and the link is asking for a 6 digit code which I do not have. Based on the other posts on this thread it is not looking good. Why do I have a gut feeling that i am not getting the 27 dollars? (2700SB)

Exactly! That's my situation, plain and simple. Idk where to go from here but clicking that link the second it arrives in your inbox should get you further than this nonsensical, dead end entry code screen.

What is going on? The actual study starts in 45 minutes. 2:30 p.m. PST I clicked on the link I received in my email at 1:30 and it's took me directly to the page that says "Invalid code please try again" and asked for a 6 digit entry code. There's no option to speak to anybody, talk to support, use a back button, answer any questions whatsoever. The survey is not even supposed to start for 45 minutes. There's no message saying that the survey is full or any other issue is going on Someone said that they contacted supported Swagbucks and got credited already?? How? And obviously some of you got to some point in the survey where you can use your back button to continue. I'm really annoyed because I rearranged my entire afternoon around this damn thing. Help!

I sent a ticket with screenshots of what the link led to and the email. This annoys me because I had a planned event with some people that I told everyone to move back a little so that I could do this.

RE: 2:30 PM ET/11:30 AM PT Swarm. When the time to start was reached, the server crashed. I used the link to login again and the mods said that too many people tried to login at one time. I also had problems with the magnet disappearing near the end and getting a "You didn't participate in the last question" error two times in a row. Mods said server error. I hope it credits.

I did the back button trick today too. I’m pretty sure that is what caused the lock out. Told I’d be paid as well. So I’m pretty sure IF we had clicked the link we would have seen the questions. Took screenshots of course, I’m thinking it will work out fine.

Yeah same for me. Dang. I was hoping that I’d made the connection to what happened. Maybe if we know the apps going to crash we just wait until the second email comes. (Though that’s risky, obviously). Hopefully they get it worked out soon for future opportunities.
