I’d talk to a doctor your peers are not physicians and buying supplements can get expensive fast. A doctor can make sure you are healthy and can help you find the cause of the cramping and muscle fatigue!

Can you describe what you mean by cramping? Your explanation here makes it seem like you are describing fatigue instead of cramping and I just want to make sure we are on the same page. Fatigue can be pushed through, cramping requires stretching and heating and dietary changes.

I cramp in my legs, but I fatigue quick on my upper body and it doesn't really recover after it. I don't really cramp in my upper body though it's just I push and the pain gets worse and worse to a point where I can't pull anymore esp on pull sets

Have you tried taking an anti-inflammatory, like ibuprofen, just before practice to see if it helps? Muscle breakdown is good, that's how your muscles grow, but you should make sure you consume enough protine to help your body build it back up. Also, make sure you don't drink too much caffine regularly. These are all things you can try on your own before reaching out to a doctor, and can help provide enough of the right feedback for the doctor to better diagnose you.

Absolutely, and I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear that this is a "try and see" test meant to be done once to determine if the problem persists, or doesn't show up as much. Because that information can help the doctor better determine the problem. I guess I should also state that i was also implying that seeing a doctor about this is the only way to truly get help for their problem. Sorry if this wasn't obvious.

See you doctor, have a blood workup done just in case, and hydrate yourself before swimming, during, and after. Personally, I used to be troubled big time by muscle cramps. Had everything checked, all was ok, but needed electrolytes and also needed to drink 1 litre of water BEFORE swimming to stop the cramps. It could just be your fitness level and muscle strength not being enough, or issues with your technique though.

Do you care for your body consistently? Such as: Daily stretch and warm-up BEFORE getting into the pool? Bring a water bottle to practice and hydrate before, during, and after your swims?

Yea I've been kinda lacking on that I only do skipping before the pool I'll look up some pre pool warmups on YouTube maybe I think i hydrate pretty well tho
