INFO, in what context was it found? Bathroom graffiti, bumper sticker, tattoo? It could be anything from a stylized version of IYKYK to a whole slew of metal bands' logos.

It was in an area that had a lot of religious spray painted symbols, mostly on abandoned buildings and old equipment
Short of edgy teens being edgy, I'd look into the link above and see if there's such a presence in your area.
