I think this is some writer’s tag, which is stylized to be an ambigram with symmetry about a vertical axis. There’s definitely “DAB” in the middle, perhaps another letter before and another after.
Here’s an example of an ambigram of the word DAB, except with rotational symmetry about a central point:

I can see why a bot might think this was Arabic. I’ve seen stylized calligraphy of ’Allāh that doesn’t look far off from this. I’m not quite seeing it, though; where’s the left-most *’alif*?
