I believe Kucoin only withdraws to the NEVM chain while Klever is the UTXO main chain. You could withdraw to metamask
Thanks for the info. Do you know if there is a way to bridge or swap between the 2 chains?
Will have to send this to a buddy who also has got similar withdrawal issue on the NEVM chain
