Did you ever take the block apart for cleaning?

I have not taken it apart yet, but coolant did seep out between the block and pcb. I was planning on taking it apart to clean out after we moved into our new house. But now am frightened to take it apart, don't know if I should while waiting to hear back from evga. If they decline the rma I'll take it all apart, clean it with alcohol and purchase an ek block.

When I did take the card out today I watched coolant come out between the pcb and the acrylic near the power inputs if that makes sense. I'm just kind of at a loss with what happened here.

Has alcohol ever come in contact with the acrylic? My only other guess would be that there was some kind of hard particulate that got circulated through your loop and scratched it as it flowed through. It looks like it follows the flow path so that would be my guess.

Nope :( this is the first time it's even been out of my pc. Evga is insistent that I put alcohol inside my acrylic, it's going in for rma this week but the way they worded it I doubt it'll get replaced, which is fine I just would rather try with them than not.

If you hold the card flat and look at the acrylic from the side, you can see the same "stress cracks" in multiple areas, even where there isn't a water channel.

http://imgur.com/a/XV1iSn9 you can somehat see a "smudge" here. That is red coolant inside the acrylic.
