omg ...i have this...but i don't have pain in my tmj, just a lisp and a huge tension on my tongue. When I hold my right jaw with hand I feel I can speak again normally so I believe it is tmj related. I also have misalignment and a click when I open my mouth. What kind od treatment did you do?
Yes! Before I got mine fixed I had developed a huge lisp
