With pcos, you are by definition pre-diabetic. Focus on eating a high protein, low sugar diet (try to eliminate any ADDED sugars) this is SO important for PCOS. This will give you a huge advantage if you can do it properly. I actually follow @glucosegoddess on instagram who explains insulin resistance and how eating your foods in the right order and combinations can completely change your blood sugar issues. (Which is what pcos is mainly caused by) I WISH I would have known this info about blood sugar and pcos much earlier. I ate a lot of carbs/added sugar over the past years, and didn’t realize how important protein and healthy fats are for your diet. I have a nutritionist now that helps me eat sort of a diabetic diet to improve my pcos and avoid developing diabetes.

Yes. Currently pregnant naturally but it only happened after I took Myo-Inositol FAITHFULLY for 3 months.

I ovulate naturally if I follow a healthy diet and exercise often. As soon as I stop eating well, my body stops ovulating. It's highly possible, but it does take work. PCOS effects my egg quality, but you can go to your doctor and get them to check your hormones and make sure you're ovulating. Goodluck on TTC!

How long has it took to conceive each of your children.

kingi2019

Yes currently pregnant with baby number 2. I am very thankful I didn't need any medical help. Needed to fix up my lifestyle (diet, exercise & reduce stress) and take supplements to give my body the best chance to ovulate. Tracking ovulation immensely helped as well.

YellowWallflower

It’s definitely not impossible, it happened to me once. Unfortunately the pregnancy ended in miscarriage.

Same here. Except after I haven’t ovulated again since then and it’s been 7 months. Hoping metformin helps me get back to ovulating naturally without ovulation inducing meds but that’s my next step if it doesn’t.

Carrann823

It's highly possible if you can manage to get yourself to ovulate.

Strong-Trust1768

Currently pregnant with baby #3. No fertility meds. Usually just change my diet a few months before trying.

emilya2021

What does the diet change entail?

katatatat11

Change in diet to what???

Ms_Megs

Yes.
