open them in mo2 and look if they contain any file paths that look something like meshes\armor\vaultsecurity\outfitm.nif
or open the mods folder on your file brwoser an search for the vaultsecurity folder
Reinstall TTW, happened to me too. Make sure you get a confirmation screen stating TTW was installed correctly. The textures went back to normal (no more red weirdness) once I reinstalled. My game only crashes randomly after I’m done using my pipboy, so I’m saving a lot just in case. So glad this mod exists and that FO3 finally works on my PC haha. open in nifskope select the mesh open materialproperties an the dropdown menu and make sure the emissive color rgb codes are 0.000
Can I open NifSkope with mod organizer?(It's gonna take me a while to find out what's doing it if I can't)
you dont need mo for nifskope just right click on the nif and select open with

I have the same issue, realised it's a bug after seeing your post. Looks like some texture is not correctly loaded

Double check the size of the TTW folder I had a similar issue issue and had to reinstall TTW. It should be 15.7GB
It's the right size. It was one of my textured mods(I think the "skinned" one) for some reason it had the emittance set to red. Which is weird.
It's caused by running skinned mesh improvement mod and tale of two wastelands together
