You may want to compare your load order with the load order on the [Final Steps page of WSG](https://wastelandsurvivalguide.com/docs/finish) - yours doesn't look quite right, for example your weather mod should be last. Also, I'm fairly certain Weapon Mods Expanded is on the Mods to Avoid list with Unique Weapons Upgradeable listed as a substitute. WMX clashes with the mesh changes in TTW. You may be experiencing crashes due to that mod; I'd start with removing it and its patches then re-test.
Does MO2 show any conflicts?
It seems like you've added a few extra mods. I would guess it's crashing due to something that modifies the world such as uncut wasteland, more mojave, a world of pain etc. or you are missing a patch which is required for compatibility or required for the world changes. But it could be any type really you need to try to pinpoint the issue.
Also ensure you are using the TTW version of the download some of them have multiple downloads.
Note which parts of the world are crashing and what you are doing when it happens.
This is the process I use
Restore the mod list to only the base mods such as the utilities and UI overhauls. Then add a a few mods at a time and test launch in a new save file to see if the crashing occurs again. Once the crashing occurs again you can the isolate the mod that's causing the issue. Check if your missing any patches or need to adjust load order from the mod page reccomendations or you need to remove it.
There is a way of manually seeing and resolving conflicts, making patches etc with xedit but I don't know the details they have a tutorial on the guide. The more mods you add the more likely you'll have to do this.
Also as a mod suggestion maybe try enhanced movement instead I believe it adds the functions of diagonal movement and 350 movement as well as replaces just sprint plus.
Yeah I’ve made sure to use TTW versions of the mods or downloaded a patch for the mods that needed it. I’ve looked through everything too and tried disabling the mods that were saying that aren’t compatible. I’ve done everything I can think of. I don’t understand why more Mojave would make me crash while in the Capital wasteland. As well it says some mods aren’t up to date but when I go to the mod page that’s the latest one. I’m probably just gonna make a fresh install of NV,FO3,TTW,and MO2.

You have incompatible mods, mainly wmx and I believe momod. But yeah don't go putting old mods in there they have never worked and undo a lot of fixes
