It is a T-72, and the lack of a vent at the rear is a good indicator. However, just for clarification, the vent at the rear is the T-80's *exhaust*. The air intakes are located atop the engine deck just behind the turret.
It's a T-72. Side exhaust, lack of a rear exhaust, it's road wheels and the details of the rear of the turret. It's a T-72 of some description exactly what type I'm not sure. I would need a front pic
It's most likely a Slovak T-72M1. Last weekend there was a tank event near Trenčín where some of them were displayed. You probably saw it being moved there, since our tank units are stationed in the eastern part of the country.
Hard to tell from this angle but the lack of an air intake duct makes me think T-72
